What You Need to Know
Current Members
Log Into Your Account: All members will need to log into their accounts to book sessions through the new system. This ensures a smoother booking experience and helps us keep everything streamlined.
If you have a membership, or have purchased something from the MESS Website in the past, then you will already have an account (although you may not have logged into it before!).
New Members
If you are new to MESS, first purchase your membership, and then book your sessions.
Starter Passes
Starter Passes are now easier to use than ever. When you purchase a Starter Pass you will be sent a code that you can use to book your four sessions. The pass is valid for 8 weeks from date of purchase.
If you have a Starter Pass that was purchased before December 2, you should have received an email including a coupon code that you can use to redeem your sessions. If you did not receive this or need the code, please email booking@mess.foundation
Single Session Passes
In the old system, you had to purchase a Single Session Pass, and then go on to book your session. In the new system you no longer need to purchase the pass first, you will just be charged for the single session when you book it.
If you have a Single Session Pass that was purchased before December 2, you should have received an email including a coupon code that you can use to redeem your sessions. If you did not receive this or need the code, please email booking@mess.foundation
