DONATE TO MESS
MESS is a not-for-profit company and every dollar we raise via memberships, sessions, classes and donations goes straight back into keeping MESS running. You might look at our extensive collection and think we're a well endowed organisation, but nothing could be further from the truth! All of the machines that make up our collection are loaned to us by the private individuals that own them. Our collection is really a meta-collection! A generous and well timed donation can be crucial in helping us pay our bills.
People who want to support our project, but can't make full use of a membership often become donors. Our door is always open to our donors and you can feel free to drop by MESS when you can, to have a coffee with us and get an update on how your support has made a difference. Every amount counts and we can't tell you how much each donation is appreciated.
Some people might not be able to donate money, but would like to give an instrument or some gear to MESS. These donations can be valued and we can provide you with a tax receipt which means you can claim a tax deduction based on the value of your donation. If you'd like to make this type of contribution, it's best that you email us!
There are two ways you can financially donate to us.
Firstly, you can transfer directly into our gift account. Doing this within Australia means MESS receives your full donation without charges. International donors may incur transfer fees, which can be high - so option two might be better for you. Once you have made a direct deposit, email us and we'll give you a receipt you can use to claim your tax deduction. MESS's Public Fund account details are as follows:
Name: MESS Public Fund
Correspondent Bank: Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Limited
SWIFT/IBAN Code: BENDAU3B
Secondly, you can click the link below to donate using credit cards or PayPal. Donations using this service incur a 2.5% fee before the donation arrives with us. A tax receipt will be generated automoatically for you.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR GENEROSITY!
