Moog Music USA Effect Processor

Moogerfooger analog effects pedals were originally introduced under Robert Moog’s second company Big Briar, which in 2002 was renamed Moog Music after Bob Moog bought back the rights to his name. Moogerfoogers were produced under Moog Music until 2018. They essentially allow users to apply the modules that constituted the original Moog design to arbitrary sound inputs. Housed in a black wedge-shaped box with walnut edges, all parameters on the pedals are variable using control voltages which may be plugged into the rear of the pedal using 1/4″ jacks. The MF-102 is an analog ring modulator which heterodynes the dry audio signal with a carrier wave that is generated by an internal oscillator. It also features an independent low frequency oscillator (LFO) that changes the frequency and timbre of the carrier oscillator.
