This classic analog drum machine features 16 analog drum sounds able to be programmed via the on board sequencer. The all-analogue sound of each hit is created with each trigger, creating more subtle variation than replaying a recorded sound as a sampler might. The 808 is synonymous with the hip hop/techno generation and its voice still remains the most widely used in popular music today. It has been used on more hit records than any other drum machine!
